It is required to obtain minimum %age of marks for different disciplines of Management Trainee.

Maximum age of the candidate as on 11/10/2013 must not be more than 28yrs. Relaxation in age is granted.
How to Complete Application Process?
Refer the official website of the HAL in order to apply for the post offered; there is no offline mode of completing the registration process. Complete all the details and the fee payment details received from SBI bank against the payment of application fee (applicable for OBC and Open Class applicants only). Take the printed copy of the Application Form for future use.
Candidates under the category of OBC and Unreserved category required to pay Rs 525 through Pay-in- Slip/Challan Form towards the application and banking charges. The fee should be remitted only in the State Bank of India Bank’s branches in specially opened account.
Other category candidates are exempted to pay any cost.
Way of Selection:
Written Exam conducted by HAL succeeded by Personal Interaction.
Structure of Paper:
The paper will consist of the three parts. Part One will have sections like General Awareness (20 Ques), Part Two comprises General Intelligence & English sections (40 Ques) and Part Three comprises sections related to marketing and Engineering Disciplines(100 Ques).
