Important Dates for NDA-2014:
Notification Date: 21/12/2013
Form Submission Deadline: 20/01/2014
NDA Test: 20/04/2014
Aspirants must have achieved sixteen yrs and should not cross the nineteen yrs as on the reckoned date given in the official notification.
Applying candidates can not marry until the completion of course training or married candidates can not apply.
For Army Wing:
Students who have passed or appearing in the 12th Exam from the school recognized from any board.
For Navy and Air Force Wing:
Students who have passed or appearing in the 12th (Mathemetics & Physics) from the school recognized from any board.
Applicants must be of sound health and also meet the minimum criteria of Physical Standards specified by the NDA. In absence of these parameters, candidate’s admission to the Academy will not be considered.
NDA Test Scheme:
The test comprises two papers. The first paper is Mathematics of maximum 300 marks and the second paper is GA (General Ability) of maximum 600 marks. The stipulated time for completing the each paper is 2hrs 30mints.
Current Events, English and General Knowledge(Physics , Chemistry & General Science, History/Freedom Movement)
Statistics/ Probability/ Integral Calculus/ Matrices and Determinants/ Trigonometry/ Analytical Geometry of 2 & 3 dimensions/ Differential Equations/ Differential Calculus/ Algebra/ Vector Algebra.

System to Select:
The written exam qualified candidates will be invited for the interview and other types of test depending upon the wing selected by the candidate.
Aspirants of the NDA exam have to visit the official website of the UPSC and complete the application form; the completion of the form in the correct manner will make the candidates for inviting to the written exam. Candidates have to select the name of the wing for which they wish to apply and thereafter completing the other details related to it.
The payment of application fee can be made through visiting bank and paying cash their or making use of Credit/Debit cards. Remit the required amount of fee in the banks specified by the NDA.
