Scholastic requirement:

For Customer Agent:

Aspirants must have bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (3 yrs) from a renowned college or University. They should also be fluent in English language & local language. The 3^rd requirement for the post is that the applicant should have good knowledge of basic of computer operations for Customer Agent post.

For Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:

Aspirants must have passed certificate of class 10^th (min SSC) & should have Driving License for Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver post.

Age bound:

For the position of Customer Agent:

Applicants max age bound for General category is 28 years,

Applicants max age bound for OBC category is 31 years

Applicants max age bound for SC & ST category is 33 years

For Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:

Applicants max age bound for Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver position is 28 years,

Relaxation in age will be provided as per rules set.

Fees for the application:

Applicants are required to pay Rs 300 as application money.

Those are of reserved category are not required to pay anything as application money.

How aspirants will be selected?

For position of Customer Agent:

The selection of aspirants will depend upon the authority decision. The authority will choose the right candidate for their organization according to aspirant’s performance in GD (Group Discussion), PI (Personal Interview) for position of Customer Agent.
