Axis Bank invites application for the vacancy of Probationary Officers. It conducts written examination for Probationary Officers and provides its training to selected candidates in collaboration with Manipal Academy.

Significant Dates:

Candidates should get themselves registered for the examination before April 14, 2013.

Examination date:

Examination date will be notified as soon as it is declared.

Vacancy details:

Criteria	Requirement
Educational qualification	Aspirant should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 55% marks in aggregate.
Required experience	Candidate should not be necessarily working. There is no working experience required by the bank
Age limit	Maximum age limit for the aspirants is 25 years on 1 January 2013. Aspirants should be born After January 1, 1988.

Selection mechanism:

The Selection mechanism consists of written Aptitude examination and (PI) Personal Interview.

The selected candidates have to undergo training for twelve months. They will be provided stipend during training.

After completing 9 months in Manipal university, the candidates has to undergo attaining for three months in axis bank and they will be finally appointed as an Assistant Managers in Axis bank.

Pay band:

Candidates after undergoing training and after final selection are expected to get Rs 3 lakhs for the post of assistant manager.
