Vacancy Information: BSNL will recruit candidates as Management Trainee as per its need and the ratio of MT coming from outside is equal to MT selected internally, i.e. equally proportionate.

Job Profile: MT (Management Trainee) in Telecom Finance, Telecom Operations, Civil, Electrical and Architect.
Emoluments: Rs.24, 900- Rs.50, 500 as per the pay scale of the IDA
Placement: Candidates can be located anywhere in India where the offices of BSNL have presence.
Registration Cost: Individuals have to pay Rs.1500/- as an application fee in the form of Demand draft.
Recruitment Mode:
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of AP (Assessment Process), GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview. The weight age of marks on the three is 75%, 12.5% and 12.5% respectively.
Educational Prerequisite:
Bachelors or Masters’ in Technology / Engineering/Architecture in the different stream or B.Sc with Maths and Physics with first division. Those who done B.Tech +MBA or CA or ICWA or Company Secretary or M.Com will have preference for some post. Experience as BSNL executive as on the last date of the application closed is necessary. Training Period:
Candidates selected will have to undergo the training period of 52weeks out of which 13 weeks training period for Commercial Managerial Training, 13weeks for Functional streams and 26weeks for training On Job.
Period for Probation: 2 years.
