Designation: Cultural Quota

Educational qualification:

Individuals must possess pass certificate of high school with 50% of marks at least.

This requirement is not for those aspirants whose educational qualification is more than high school.

This requirement of 50 % marks is not for those aspirants who are of SC or ST category.

Required experience:

Applicants should be having required experience in the relevant field.

He should have given performance on Doordarshan or AIR or any other.

Pay Scale:

Applicant should get amount in between Rs. 5200 to Rs 20200/-

Age bound:

Applicant should be max of 30 yrs as on 1 Jan 2014.

Applicant should be min of 18 yrs as on 1 Jan 2014.

Relaxation in age:

SC or ST candidates – relaxed by 5 years

OBC candidates - relaxed by 3 years

Physically Handicapped Persons – relaxed By 10 years.

Serving Railway Employees (Group D) - can be relaxed max up to 10 yrs

How aspirants will be selected?

Firstly a written exam will be conducted by the Indian Railways (Diesel Loco Modernization Works). Those who will clear it have to clear the next practical round. Applicants will be checked on the basis of Practical demonstration.

Those applicants who are selected for the post of typist under Cultural Quota have to clear the typing test also.

The applicants should fill the form in online mode latest by 11 November 2013.

Mode of applying:

It is mandatory for aspirants to apply in online mode. The Indian Railways (Diesel Loco Modernisation Works) does not promote the applying procedure in any other way.
