Remuneration of FSEs

The salary paid to the FSE over the service period of 3 years is altogether different, it means in 1^st year they will be paid 10,000 2^nd year 11,300/- and 3^rd year 12,700/-. The will be paid per month with minimum fixed salary but incentives on the basis of yearly performance.

Age Constraint:

Applicant’s age as on 01April, 2013 should be in between 21 yrs to 35 yrs. Relaxation in Age is granted as per the government rules/norms.

Academic Requirement:

Graduation degree with good knowledge of English and local language. Preference will be given diploma holder in marketing and management. The knowledge of soft skills and working knowledge of computer will be extra weight age for the selection.

Selection Manner:

The candidate will be selected on the basis of written test which comprises of Reasoning, English, Mathematical Aptitude and G.K. After that Interview will be conducted.

There will be theoretical training for the candidates the aim of which is to get the license for LIC Business. Those who qualify this training organized by IRDA will be engaged as FSEs in the Corporation.
