Educational Prerequisite:

Candidate applying for the post must have passed the final exam of the C.S (company secretary) from the Institute of Company Secretary of India and should be possessing ACS (Associate Company Secretary) number.

Work Experience:

Candidate applying must have at least 10yrs of working experience after completing their last qualification as C.S in any department of secretarial of a renowned organization. Out of the total experience, candidate should have been worked as company secretary for a period of 5 years. 

Pay Structure and Grade Pay:

Candidate will be getting Pay Band-3, means 15,600 to 39,100; with Grade Pay Rs 7600. In other words; approx. 60,000 Rs. Per month as salary will be given to the appointee with other benefits and perquisites as per the corporation rules and norms.

 Age Bar:

Applicants with age more than 45years are not eligible to apply.
