Field	Required Eligibility:
Marketing	Min.2 year’s work-x in marketing, sales and distribution of telecom services and products.
	Candidates must hold the same cadre as AM or DM in any organization.
Technical	Candidates must hold the same cadre as JTO or DE or SDE in any organization.
	Min.2 year’s work-x in BSS or NSS.

Deputation Period:

Candidates selected will be under the deputation period of minimum 3 years that will be governed under the T&C (Term and Conditions) of MTNL.

If any candidate selected reclined the MTNL posting then he/she will be barred to join any posting as deputation basis in any government organization or PSUs for the time period of 1year.
