PNB Clerk Recruitment 2013-14

PNB has invited applications for appointing the Chief Customer Service Officers on contractual basis. There are certain eligibilities conditions and requirements that are mandatory to follow in order to apply for the post, have a look over them in brief.

Age Requisite:

 Applicant’s age must not be more than 62 years with respect to 31st march, 2013.

Essential Eligibility:

Applicants must ensure that they have discharged the complete years of service, and must hold the position as General Manager or Chief General Manager in any SCB(Scheduled Commercial Bank).

 Work Experience:

Applicants must have atleast 10years of experience while holding the positions as Regional or Branch or Circle zone.

Service Tenure:

Candidates will initially be recruited for service period of 1 year which can be extended to the period of 3years.


The candidates selected will be getting fixed amount of Rs 60,000 pm as a contract amount.

Job Location:

The candidates will have to work in any of the head offices of PNB situated anywhere in India. The bank will provide necessary infrastructure to the CCSO.

Selection Way:

Applicants applying for the post must have to appear in front of CMD & Executive Director’s committee for Personal Interview.

Job Profile:

The main work of CCSO is to mitigate the complaints of the customer and enforced their confidence in the redressal method of the Bank. CCSO will directly be reporting to the EDs and CMD and provide recommendations to the Bank so that customer’s complaints can be minimized.
