RRB Recruitment 2014 Announced for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians

The RRBs (Railway Recruitment Board) has declared the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians posts from all the eligible candidates who are interested to apply for the concerned posts. The recruitment is open for all the interested applicants before 17^th February 2014.

Eligibility for the Posts:

The candidates in order to qualify for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot must have the following educational qualifications: High School/ Class 10^th  or SSLC/ Intermediate passed from a recognized Board of India for this purpose; along with a course in Apprenticeship Act/ ITI in the either of the following Trades Fitter/ Mechanic/ Instrument Mechanic/ Millwright Maintenance Mechanics/ Mechanic Radio & TV/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Electrician etc. or must have a Diploma in Engineering respectively.

The candidates applying for the post of the Technicians should have the following qualifications for being eligible to this post. These include the High School/ Class 10^th or Intermediate/ SSLC/ Class 12^th passed from any authorized Boards of India for this purpose. The candidates who have done a course in Apprenticeship Act /ITI in the concerned Trade for which application has been made.

 Age Qualifications:

The applicants applying for the post of Assistant Loco Pilots and Technicians should not be more than 30 years and less than 18 years w.e.f. 1^st July 2014. Relaxation in ages will be granted as per the government rules framed for this purpose.

Selection Criteria:

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the written examinations conducted for all the eligible candidates who applied to the concerned posts.

Application Format:

The candidates can apply in offline formats by sending their applications through ordinary or registered posts along with all the necessary documents attached to it. The candidates can make their applications on a plane paper including all the details such as Name, Address, Pin Code, Mobile No., Aadhaar No., Date of Birth, Fathers Name etc. with one passport size photograph.
