Age Bound (Cutoff Date is 31-07-2013):
Applicants’ age for SI Post should be b/w 21 years & 30 years, for ASI posts 20 years to 30 years and for other posts b/w 18 years and 25 years. Relaxation in age will be granted for the candidates fulfilling the reservation criteria.

Education Required:
Applicants should have done SSC /HSC (science stream) or its equivalent and diploma in the concerned area with pertinent experience. Check the official PDF for knowing the educational requirement as per post.
Application Cost:
Unreserved and Other Backward Classes applicants have to remit the application cost of amount Rs. 50 through Demand Draft that should be drawn in favor of DIG, SHQ. SSB, Purnea Payable at SBI branch, Purnea (Bihar) Code No-0159.
Procedure for Selection:
Applicants shall be recruited by considering their performance career wise(Document Verification), (PST) Physical Standard Test, (PET) Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test, Trade Test, Medical Test that will followed by Review Medical Test.
