Eligibility Terms:

Academic Requirements:

The candidates in order to be considered for the post of Constables should be Intermediate/ Class 12^th /Senior Secondary Passed from any authorized Boards of India.

Age Boundation:

The candidates applying for the Constables in Bihar should be having their ages in between 18 and 23 years w.e.f. 1^st January 2014. The age relaxations will be granted to the candidates as:

OBC Male Candidates: 18 and 25 years

OBC Female Candidates: 18 and 26 years

SC/ ST Candidates: 18 and 28 years

 Selection Process:

The candidates are required to appear in the written tests, physical fitness tests and interview held for all the eligible candidates for this purpose. Only those candidates shall be called for the tests that possess the required academic qualifications as stated here above.

Application Format:

The candidates should apply offline in the manner prescribed before 22^nd February 2014. The candidates have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 200 (Rs. 75 for SC/ ST) at the Post Offices of Bihar for applying to the concerned post. The duly completed applications should be sent to the following address with all the necessary documents attached along with it either through Registered or Speed Post.
