Structure of Pay: Rs.14500-25700/-(JMG Scale-1) and Rs.7200-19300/-(Multipurpose)

Period for Probation: 2yrs (JMG Scale-1) and 1yr (Multipurpose)

Education and Age Prerequisite:

JMG Scale-1	Graduation from renowned college/ institution. Those who have done specialization in MBA/ IT/ Agriculture and its allied fields/ Law/ Economics/Accountancy will have more weight age at the selection process.ANDAdeptness in the local language i.e. Punjabi is must and applicants need to produce the class 10th certificate as a proof of this. DESIRABLE Computer familiarity of the candidates for performing bank’s operations.	18 yrs to 28 yrs
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)	Graduation in any discipline from recognized college/university.ANDExpertise in the local language i.e. Punjabi is must and applicants need to produce the class 10th certificate as a proof of this. Computer knowledge is required.	18 yrs to 28 yrs

 Application Price:

Applicants have to remit the application fee of amount Rs.20 only if they belong to Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Physically Disable candidates. For other categories Rs.100 only that should be paid by means of Challan Form. Fee must be paid in Punjab & Sind Bank of specially opened A/C Number: 06151000006923 starting from the date 26August, 2013 to 07September,2013. Keep the candidate’s copy of challan form.

Selection Process:

Candidates short listed for Personal Interview on the basis of their marks in IBPS CWE exam for Regional Rural Banks. Bank will hold the discretion to decide the minimum cut offs in order to limit the candidates’ number.
