Age Criteria: 

The age of female candidate should be in between 18 yrs - 25 yrs that will be determined from Jan 1, 2013. Reserved classes have an age benefit of respective years. Candidates seeking age relaxation will have to furnish proof in this regard.

Selection Route: 

Those girls who are applied for the post have to take the Physical Measurements Test, PET, Written Exam and at last Personality Test and qualify all the phases for being selected for the post. At the selection time, candidate has to carry the acknowledgement slip (registration number slip) for identity purpose.

At the Physical Efficiency Test, candidate has to qualify the running test, high jump and long jump phases in the stipulated chance. Relaxation is granted to the females who have already worked with Punjab Police.

Cost to Pay:

It is mandatory to remit Rs 500/- if the female candidates belong to open class and if she belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, then she has to pay Rs 300 only. The payment should be made through Challan Form duly deposited in Axis Bank positively ahead of 3^rdof Dec, 2013 till 16 hrs.

Physical Criteria:

Candidate’s minimum height should be 5’3’’

Applying Procedure: 

Interested girls can visit the official website of Punjab Police and click the relevant link. Complete the registration form and submit the page. Take the print out of the acknowledgement slip and challan form. With the challan form, pay the requisite application fee. After the fee payment, registration process is over. Candidates have not to forward any hard copy of the application form.

Deadline to fill in Registration Form: 02^ndof Dec, 2013 by 18hrs.

Deadline to remit Application Fee: 3^rdof Dec, 2013 till 16 hrs.
