Total Vacant Positions: 13 posts (02 Professor; 03 Associate Professor; 08 Assistant Professor)

Place of Posting: Tezpur University, Sonitpur, Assam

Other Details of Recruitment:

Academic Qualifications:

The candidates in order to get eligible for the post should be Masters in Arts /Humanities/ Sciences/ Commerce and Masters in Education with a minimum of 55% of marks from any of the recognized universities in India. The candidates applying to the post of Professor, Associate Professor should be PhD in Education and NET/ SLET/ SET qualified for the post of Assistant Professor.

Age Boundation:

The candidates applying to all the above posts should not be more than 28 years of age for being eligible to this post. The candidates of the minority should be granted an age relaxation of 5 years as per the rules specified for this purpose.

Selection Process:

The candidates eligible for the post will be selected through an Interview conducted by the Tezpur University at the specified venue.

The candidates in order to apply for all the above concerned positions should pay registration fees of Rs.500 (General) and Rs. 250 (SC/ST/PWD) through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Registrar, Tezpur University.
