Eligibility for the Job:

The candidates in order to be eligible for the post of Officer Scale II should be a graduate who has been shortlisted in the CWE-II conducted by the IBPS for RRBs in September/ October 2013. The candidates should have obtained the minimum cut-off marks as specified for this purpose. The candidates applying for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) should have passed High School /Class 10^th with Hindi as a compulsory subject from any recognized Boards of India.

Selection Procedure:

The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale II and Office Assistant Posts will be required to appear in the Interview held by the Baroda UP Gramin Bank for all the CWE-II qualified candidates as per the Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). The final selections will be based on the performance of the candidates in both CWE of IBPS and Interviews.
