Qualification/Educational Criteria : Candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria: Pass out 12th (Intermediate) level exam or equivalent qualification with first division marks in Math & Physics from any recognized Board.

Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) : Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.5,200 to 20,200/- P.M.

Mode of Selection : Selection will be based on Written Examination or Interview.

Its mission is the protection of India's maritime interests and enforcement of maritime law with jurisdiction over the territorial waters of India,including contiguous zone & exclusive economic zone. ICG was formally established on 18/08/1978 as an armed force of the Union by the Coast Guard Act, 1978. It operates under the Ministry of Defence.
