Other Details of IOCL Recruitment:

Academic Qualifications:

The candidates in order to be eligible for the post of Boiler Engineer should have the degree in either of the following B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical discipline in First Class from any recognized university/institute in India. The candidates in order to be eligible for the post of Medical Officer Post should have a degree in MD/ MS in the concerned discipline; the candidates in order to be eligible for the post of HR Officer should have a post graduate diploma or degree in HR / PMIR/ Social Work in First Class and relevant work experience in the concerned fields.

Age Boundation:

The candidates applying for all the above posts should not be more than 30 years of age. The candidates applying for the post of Medical Officer must not be more than 32 years for being eligible to the post.

Selection Criteria:

The candidates will be selected solely on the basis of the Interview held for all the eligible candidates for this purpose.
