 Terms & Conditions of Employment:

Educational Requirements:

The candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute of India with a minimum of 55% marks secured in the concerned degree. The candidates applying for the post of Office Assistant and Assistant Manager Posts must also possess a good knowledge in the Computer Skills for being eligible to the concerned posts.

Age Requirements:

The candidates applying for the Kerala Gramin Bank vacancies should have their ages as follows: 21 to 32 years for the Manager Post; 18 to 28 years for the Assistant Manager Post and Office Assistant Posts respectively with effect from 1^st July 2013. The candidates deserving relaxation in ages will be granted as per the government rules framed for this purpose.

Manner of Selection:

The candidates will be selected for all the concerned posts on the basis of their merits obtained in the Common Written Examinations held for the RRBs in September/ October 2013 by the IBPS. The candidates who are selected on the basis of the merit secured in the CWE on the basis of Sectional Cut-Off as decided for each section of the paper will be called for the Personal Interview Rounds held for only the shortlisted candidates for this purpose.
