Crucial Dates:

GATE Exam: 1 Feb, 2014 and 2 Mar, 2014

Declaration of GATE Results: 28^th Mar, 2014 

Online Dates for Registration: 7th Jan 2014 to14th Feb 2014 by 16.00 AM

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate should have done graduation in the discipline Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering /Electrical (Power) securing minimum 65% marks or equivalent. Candidates who are in the final year of the Graduation can also apply provided their results are disclosed latest by 14^th of Aug, 2014.

Maximum Age:

Candidates who have not crossed the age of 28yrs as on 31/Dec/2013 can apply for the post. The relaxation is applicable for the candidates who are SC/ST/OBC or any other categories as per the rules of the government.

Manner to Select:

It is required for the candidates to qualify the GATE marks (85% weightage) then GD (3% weightage), and at last Personal Interview (12% weightage). At the time of the Interview, it is required for the candidates to bring the GATE score card and other necessary documents as mentioned in the advertisement file.

Charges to Remit:

Candidates are not required to pay any charges so as to apply for the vacancy.
