Profile: Personal Assistant to Judge Grade-II

Placement: Kerala

Scale of Pay: Rs.14620- Rs25280/-

Educational Background: 

Candidates should have done Graduation from the reputed university and have the typing skills and shorthand skills in English language. Candidates should hold the related diploma certificate in support of the Typing/Shorthand knowledge. If any candidate has Microsoft Word/ Word Processing Certificate, he/she will be given the due preference.

Cost of Registration: 

Candidates have to pay an amount Rs 250/- through Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized bank in favour of 'Registrar General, High Court of Kerala' and payable at Ernakulam. Candidates belong to SC/ST/PWD are not required to pay the application/registration charges. 

Applying System: 

Applicants have to send the application form as per the format in the complete and correct manner and send this to the ‘The Registrar General, High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, Kochi – 682 031” ahead of 20/March/2014. On top of the envelope, write the name of the post as   ‘Application for the post of Confidential Assistant Grade-II (NCA & General Recruitment-2014)’ in superscripted form. 

Way to Select:

Candidates will be hired on the basis of their performance in the dictation test and personal interview. Candidates will be called for the appointment as per their rank secured in the selection rounds.

Dictation Test Pattern:

Candidates will be given passage of about 1100 to 1200 words that has to be transcript using computer in 2 and half hours with a speed of 100/120 wpm. Candidates qualified this round will have to appear for the Interview.
