Academic Background:
1. Hindi Officer: Candidates should possess the Post graduation degree in Hindi subject and studied English as 1 of the subjects at the Bachelor level.
2. Senior Scientific Assistant/ Senior Technical Assistant: Candidates should possess the Post graduation degree in Science discipline.
Candidates should be having the five years of working experience in the concerned area.
Age Bar: Applicant’s age should not be more than 40 yrs as on the last date of the application submission.
Scale of Pay: Rs.9300-34800/- G.P:Rs.4200/-
3. Technical Assistant/ Scientific Assistant: Candidates should possess the Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering Diploma of 3 yrs duration and having the knowledge of computers. Candidates should be having the three years of working experience in the concerned area.
4. Semi-Professional Assistant (Library): Candidates should possess the Bachelor’s degree with the degree in Library Science and having the knowledge of computers.
Age Bar: Applicant’s age should not be more than 30 yrs as on the last date of the application submission.
Age relaxation is maintained to the candidates of reserved categories as per the rules of the government.
Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200/- G.P:Rs.2800/-
Registration Cost:
Applicants have to deposit Rs 100/- through DD drawn in favour of Registrar, Indian School of Mines, payable at Dhanbad. Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Personal with Disability candidates are not liable to pay the charges.

Candidate has to send the completely filled in application form with the said charges at the following address: Deputy Registrar (Estt), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004 not later than 28/02/2014.
Candidates can receive the application form from the above mentioned address against the payment of application charges ( through demand draft) and the self addressed envelope of worth Rs 50/- having dimension 30*12cms or from the official website.
