Post Title: Medical Record Officer
Pay Structure: Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 with G.P Rs 4300
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Candidates should have completed Graduation Degree and possessed the Maintenance of Medical record Diploma certificate from the recognized place.
2. As on 1st of Jan, 2014, the age of the candidates should be atleast 18 years but their maximum age should be less than 37 years. Candidates who are PWD category will have an age relaxation of 2 years while SLC/Scheduled Caste/Tribe/ALC categories have 3yrs of age relaxation. X- Servicemen have an age relaxation of 11 yrs.

Application Charges:
General category candidates have to pay Rs 500/- + Rs 10/- (processing cost) in order to obtain the application form. Reserved categories candidates have to pay Rs 250/- + Rs 10/- only. The forms can be received from 9.30 AM to 3 PM from the counter of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar,Jammu.
Way of Applying:
Candidate has to fill up the application form and forward this addressing to Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu latest by 03rd of Apr, 2014. The application should be tagged with the attested copies of the important documents and certificates.
Basis of Selection:
The Commission will do short listing of the candidates after analyzing their performance in Interview. However, if received applications will be in large count, the commission may hold the written test, but the marks secured by the candidates will not be counted for drawing the merit list.
