Service Location: Delhi
Name of the Post: Junior Consultant and Consultant
Remuneration: Rs.35000/- per month for Post 1 and Rs. 50,000 per month for Post 2. Local conveyance allowances will be applicable according to the post.
Academic Background:
1. Consultant: The candidates are required to complete Post graduation degree Civil Engineering with minimum of 55% marks or CGPA. A minimum experience of 8 years in disaster management at state/national level is essential. The candidates should have knowledge of IRS and ICS and must be capable of providing training in IRS. M. Phil or PhD degree in the concerned area will be preferable.
2. Junior Consultant (Geo hazard): The candidates must have done B. Tech/ B. E in Civil Engg with minimum of 55% marks or CGPA. M. Tech in Civil Engg or M. Planning degree with related experience will be preferable.
Age Bar: The age of the applying candidates should not be more than 65 years with respect to 28 Feb, 2014.
Application Manner: The applications are invited in prescribed Proforma in which all the details regarding personal, educational and professional background should be available. “Application for the post of ____” should be written on top of the envelope and the same must be forwarded to Executive Director, National Institute of Disaster Management, Ministry of Home Affairs, Indian Institute of Public Administration Campus, 5-B, I.P. Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi – 110002, ahead of 03/04/2014.
