Exam Name: Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (KARTET)

Important Dates:

Online Registration can be done: From 20th Apr to 03rdMay, 2014

Confirmation of Application can be done upto: 05thMay, 2014

Hall Tickets for Exam can be downloaded: 16thMay, 2014 to 25th May, 2014

Exam Date: 1st June, 2014

Results Sharing: 25th June, 2014

Educational Requirement: 

 The applicants must have completed Intermediate with securing 50% marks OR done Graduation with Education Degree/Diploma from the recognized university.

Selection Criteria: 

 The applicants have to appear for written examination on dated 01st of June, 2014. The exam will be held in two shifts i.e. 09.30 AM to 12 Noon and 2 PM to 4.30 PM.  

Registration Charges:

 If applicants wish to apply for both the papers, they have to deposit INR 800/- (INR 400/- for SC, PWD & ST) while for applying either of papers, candidates should pay INR 500/- (INR 250/- for SC, PWD & ST).  The fee has to be paid by means of Challan Form paid in State Bank of Mysore. 

Applying Procedure: 

The applicants should submit their applications through online manner by visiting the official link of Karnataka Education Board. The online applications will be submitted upto 3rdof May, 2014. The registration will require candidate to fill personal and educational details. Check the entered particulars before submission of online application form. Submit the form and take the printout of Challan Form. Deposit the requisite amount of fee in the designated bank before closing date. Applicants should retain the hard copy of the online application form in order to use it in future.
