Age Criteria:
The persons applying for the job should fall in the age category of 18yrs to 27yrs. The age norms should strictly be followed by the candidates otherwise their candidature will get cancelled by the ministry.

Selection Basis:
The applicants will be recruited for the post as per the procedure prescribed by the ministry. The Ministry may hold Test/Interview for recruiting eligible candidates or may shortlist them on the basis of their qualifying exams. The candidates will ne intimated regarding recruitment process details in due course of time by the ministry.
Educational Background:
It is required that applying person should have studied upto Class 10 and passed the same. The persons who have completed Diesel Mechanic or Motor Mechanic or Welding Diploma Certificate shall be given weightage at the time of recruitment process.
Manner of Application:
The persons must submit their applications in complete and correct manner. The applications received should be in same Proforma as decided by the Ministry and deposited at The Regional Director, Govt. of India, Central Ground Water Board, North Western Himalayan Region- 298 299, Jammu. The applications received after 04-05-2014 will not be considered in any manner or circumstances.
