Eligibility Requirements of the Posts:

| 1. Assistant Manager (Marine Engineering) | 35 years | Motor Certificate with 2 years of job experience in related line. |
| 2. Accounts Officer | 30 years | CA/ICWA |
| 3. Pilot | 40 years | Certificate in Master of a foreign going ship with 1 year of job experience in related line. |
NOTE: The relaxation in maximum age will be granted to the candidates of reserved classes.
Salary Structure: For the Pilot Post, the incumbent will be paid an amount Rs. 32,900-58000/- per month while for remaining positions, selected persons will get salary Rs. 20,600-46,500/- per month.

Way of Selection: The candidates who have applied for the posts should come for written test/interview on the date notified by the JNPT. The shortlisted candidates will be informed regarding the interview schedule of the post and such candidates are required to bring true and photocopies of the mandatory documents and testimonials duly attested on the date of interview.
Those who fall in the categories of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe will be granted travelling allowances if arrived for interview.
Probation Time after Selection: The candidates who are finally selected for the job will have to go through probation period of 2 years. If need arises, the appointing authority may extend the period of probation.
Application Manner: The candidates have to deposit their complete applications to Senior Manager(P&IR), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Administration Building, Sheva, Navi Mumbai – 400 707. Write the words “Application for the post of _____” should be written in superscribed form on the envelope. The last date to send application form is 29/May/2014.
