Job Place: New Delhi

Job Title:  

1. Chief Manger (Estate): Rs.29100–54500/-

2. Senior Manager (Estate): Rs.24900–50500/-

Academic Qualification:   

The applicants should hold B. Tech/B. E (Civil Engg) with securing 1^stdivision marks from the reputed college.  For the Chief Manager Post, 12 years of minimum experience is essential whereas for Sr. Manager Post, 10 years of job experience in the related line is required.

Age Condition: 

 For the Post of Chief Manager, the maximum age should not exceed 45 years whereas for Sr. Manager Post, the maximum age limit is 40 years. The maximum age will be relaxed for deserving and eligible persons and the calculation of age for determining candidate’s age will be with respect to 16^th of May, 2014. 

Registration Cost: 

  The amount INR 500/- has to be paid by the applicants who fall in the categories of Other Backward and Unreserved. For candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, the application fee is INR 100/- only. PWDs are not required to submit the applicable charges. 

How to Apply: 

The application Proforma is provided by MMTC and is annexed with the advertisement file. The complete application form along with the self certified photocopies of the essential documents should be received at General Manager (Personnel), MMTC Limited, SCOPE complex, 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003. The candidates should mark (ESATE) / SENIOR MANAGER (ESTATE) ON DIRECT RECRUITMENT BASIS/ DEPUTATION BASIS” (strike out whichever is not applicable) on top of the envelope.

Selection Mode: 

 The MMTC ltd will hold the Interview for selection the suitable candidates for the post. For curtailing the count of candidates, the company might hold the screening test as and when required.
