Educational Prerequisite:
The candidates should have passed High school from the Board recognized by the government. The candidate should have registration in employment exchange before 31st of March, 2014.
Age Condition:
The age criteria prescribed for the posts is 18 years to 27 years. The relaxation of five years is granted to the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories whereas for other backward class required age relaxation is three years. The relaxation is applicable as per the norms laid down by the Indian government from time to time.

The applications complete and accompanied with required enclosures should be reached through speed post at Director, 4th Class Education Department Head Quarters , Dr. Shyama Prasad mukherji Civic Centre, E.S. 15th Floor, New Delhi – 11002 latest by 04th of June, 2014 by 5.00 PM. Salary and Recruitment Nature:
The salary paid to the selected persons will be in compliance to wage act prescribed and the recruitment is being done for one year. The nature of job is contractual and temporary and does not entitle candidate to claim for regular appointment.

Age Bar:
The minimum age for the post is 18yrs while the maximum age is 30yrs for the unreserved candidates and 33yrs for the Other Backward Classes candidates. Five years of age grace is granted to the candidates who fall in the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories.
Academic Details:
Applicants must have the Diploma or Degree in Social Work/ Labor Welfare /Industrial Relations from the reputed place. Those who have completed the LLB/LLM course may also apply. Candidates should have the related years of work experience in the concerned area.
Selection Method: The selection of the eligible candidates will be done through Personal Interview.
Cost to Pay: It is required for the applying candidates to pay the amount Rs 100/- in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Commissioner/ NDMC Delhi payable at Delhi. However, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates need not pay the charges.
