Specialist in Capacity Building (Sociology/ Social Works)/Specialist in Capacity Building (Political Science/ Women Studies/ Rural Management) | The maximum age of the candidates should be less than or equal to 45 years. | The selected candidates will be paid fixed amount Rs.50000/- per month. |
| 2. Clerical Assistant cum Accountant | The maximum age of the candidates should be less than or equal to 35 years | The selected candidates will be paid fixed amount Rs.17000/- per month |
Academic Background: The Specialist is available for those who has completed post graduation degree in the relevant subjects. It is desirable for the post if anyone possesses experience of atleast 2 years in the required areas and possesses research degree in philosophy.

The candidates who are Commerce degree holder may apply for Clerical Post. In addition to this, candidates should have sound knowledge of computer and its functionality.
Application Procedure: The complete and error free application form and Biodata must be deposited at Director, State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD), E.T.C. P.O. Kottarakara not later than 15th May, 2014. It is supposed that applications should be tagged with self certified photocopies of the necessary documents & testimonials. The applications will not be received in any manner or condition once the deadline over.
Selection Mode: The applicants will be hired on contractual mode and for the service period of 1 year. The terms and conditions of the contract will be produce to the candidate if they qualify the selection round.
