Total Number of Vacancies- 10 Seats (8 Seats for Assistant Superintendent- Finance and 2 Seats for Assistant Superintendent- HR)
Scale of Pay- Rs.9,000 to Rs.23,300
Age Block-
1. Assistant Superintendent (Human Resource) : The age limit is 28 years for applicants of Unreserved category and 31 years for applicants of OBC category.
2. Assistant Superintendent (Finance) : The age limit is 28 years for applicants of Unreserved category, years for applicants of OBC category and 33 years for applicants of ST category.
Educational Requirements-
1. For Assistant Superintendent (Human Resource) : The applicant must hold a Degree of Bachelors of Business Administration or a Graduation Degree in any stream with Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Law and Labour Welfare / BA (Sociology) / BA (Social Work) / BSW from a known Institute or University.
2. For Assistant Superintendent (Finance) : Aspirant must have passed Intermediate examination from Institute of Cost Accountants of India or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Hiring Procedure- Written Test and Personal Interview will be the criteria for selection of applicants.
